Let's Talk
We’ll discuss your vision, budget, and timeline to ensure we’re a good fit. You’ll receive a comprehensive guide to our process.
Professional Services Agreement & Project Development
Before construction, we’ll initiate a pre-construction services agreement (PSA) to finalize the design. The PSA fee is credited towards your construction contract. We’ll finalize your custom development plan, including the scope of work, timeline, and any necessary financing options.
Construction Contract & Project Management
You’ll receive a guaranteed price and a detailed construction contract for your review and signature. We’ll manage the construction process, keeping you updated through BuilderTrend, a project management tool.
In-Process Changes
You’ll have the flexibility to make changes during the construction process. We’ll explain how costs associated with these changes will be handled.
Project Completion
We’ll conduct a final inspection and walkthrough, ensuring everything meets our high standards. We’ll also provide a thorough cleaning. Enjoy your new home!
